Reliance Digital Kukatpalli — Pre-ordered phone not yet delivered

Hi - Reliance digital is creating trouble for delivering the pre-ordered Samsung S22+ Ultra phone. They say that they will call and they never call. Phone got launched 4 days ago and still not given to us.
