Reliance energy a/c #[protected]
Last couple of months there has been a spike in the disruption of power supply, and mostly there are multiple power surges within a span of 5-10 minutes interval, the outcome is that my a/c's, refrigerator, and the microwave we electrically damaged. I had to unnecessarily bear the cost of repairs for all the appliances for their fault.
My concern here is, if there is a fault from the consumer side there with regards to bill payments etc. A penalty is always imposed, similarly, in my above mention issue i want the company to be penalized and bear the cost of repairs occurred due to the inefficient power supply. This will make sure company understands the additional expenses the consumers have to bear due to their inefficient power supply. Was this information helpful? |
