Kindly refer to abovementioned matter..I filled claim form wherein I mentioned that DTC bus has hit my car from left side and submitted in garage and I was informed that a telephonic message will be received from surveyor to explain accident but no phone was received from him...I received a telephonic call from Malwa Hyundai that ur claim has been approved but surveyor has not approved front phendor and bumper which is most damaged part in accident...I sought surveyor report from Malwa hyundai but they replied that company has informed only telephonically and no written communication has been sent by company regarding approval of survey report.
Subsequently I tried to contact surveyor Sonu Rana but he didn't pick my call despite several efforts.Henceforth, I called team leader Mandeep Khokkar and he informed that orange paint of bus is attached only on front window and rear win dow..Since no paint of bus is attached on front phendor and bumper, it will not be approved. I tried to explain him angles at which bus hit my car but he didn't listen and informed me surveyor will tell u way of taking claim.
Then I called Surveyor Sonu and he immediately picked the phone and informed me that my front phendor and bumper are mostly damaged and he sought Rs.5000/- as illegal gratification on behalf of his team leader for passing complete claim otherwise they will continue to harass me and only partial claim will be approved.
Sir, I refused to pay anything to him as I have already paid Rs.15000/- as annual premium in your company and I never thought that such instances can happen in your company
I asked him why he has not passed my claim completely he gave me excuse that your side mirror has not broken hence it will be assumed it has not been hit by bus.
I again explained him that bus was standing on bus stop in last last lane and as he started the bus he was trying to change his lane and first hit my car from front in tilted position due to which front phendor and bumper damaged and then he was trying to straight the bus hit slightly from back and its paint attached on my bus.
Then he disguised me thar he will discuss the matter with his team leader and halted my work in garrage for further two days and since then neither his team leader nor he is picking phone.
When I pressurised on garrage and sought approval report they didn't provide it to me and started work on my car and informed that it is clear direction from team leader of insurance company not to repair phendor and front bumper.
Sir, in view of above I request you to conduct detailed inquiry and inform me accordingly, otherwise I will have no option but to raise my grievance on social media, irda and consumer forum and trust of thousands will be hurted
At any cost I will try to get justice...no matter till where.. I have to go as it is my fundamental right to seek accidental claim if I have paid premium to company in lieu of it
I am affixing photographs of damaged vehicle which are itself sufficient to understand the matter
