Reliance Gsm — deduction amount automatically

My name is shahrukh khan... My reliance no is [protected] The reliance have cut my balance three times in last three days ... First 10 then 50 and then again 10... I tried to connect with customer care but they didnt response me... They send me message "amount charged for vas"... But i didnt apply for any vas services... Sir pls help me... I want to return my balance and also a hope that its not gonna happen again... Thanks in advance ...

Sagar(customer care member) said that my balance will debit till night but I have not received my balance yet ...
Again u have deducted 10 rs from my balance at 12:10 am today without any conformation...
U cheated on me...

Your customer care services are totally useless...
You deduct customer's amount when u want...
