Reliance Gsm — wrong balance deducted

My number is [protected]. This sms is come to me "you have been successfully subscribed to anchalvideowsubservice for 7 days. To un-subscribe sms unsub 4069 to 155223 (Toll free)." and rs22 is cut from my account. Plz give my money back. If you don't give my money back i will port my number to another company. So give my money back reliance. I call 198 but customer service is not picking up my phone.
