We hired Nirmala to find us a cook, initially Nirmala was very engaging but after 6 months problems arose. Our cook suddenly developed "health" issues and left; although she gelled well with our family.
At the time of signing the contract with Nirmala, she promised to work with us for 12 months in case any problems arose. However when this cook left after 6 months Nirmala claim the contract period was over and didn't even want to talk to us.
If you engage with Nirmala make sure you note the contract period before signing and paying for her services. Apparently, this is a common mechanism agents use on trusting folks, Nirmala is no exception.
