Respected sir/madem,
I have given my phone for repair at reliance industries limited service center, ved road, surat on 26 january. The service center has not returned my phone (Lyf water 1) & 9 days are passed til now. I have reached service center 2-3 times & requested to return it to me as early as possible. Because i have to go out of city for 15 days from 7 february. I has no other phone to use in travelling. The company has not responded and my phone was not returned till now. It does not take 9 days to repair the phone.
My job sheet number is [protected].
Please take necessary action against the company & service center. I have attached the photo of job sheet below.

Please look into the matter and expedite immediately.

      I had purchased sony 50 50w800d lcd tv[protected] from reliance retial ltd, brigade orion mall rajainagar bangalore on[protected], id 60217262, relationship id [protected], along with the lcd hard disc was offered free from the sony, but the same was not delivered along with the tv purchase. I am personally interacting with the reliance team for supply of hard disc which they deny that sony company has not supplied them from last 3 months hence are not able to deliver the hard disc.

      How can this happen, if true let us know or else ensure the hard disc is supplied to me

        1. The party PRITI STORE you are billing is registered party but you are billing him in unregistered in his name and also delivering stock to the different party i.e AMIT CONFECTIONARY.( Tax Invoice No-[protected])
        2. Lots of same complaints are coming in our association regarding you store.
        3. When we found that your store is doing unethical practice the reliance representative has given us writing mail that they accept the mistake.

        Request you to please look into this matter so that you will get in many more such type of irregular practices in BILASPUR branch.

          I have 960 ril shares. Recently they announced bonus shares. So far i have not received the bonus shares. My folio no is[protected]. When i checked with karvy they said it is posted on sept 2017. But i have not received. Probably it might have returned back to you due to postal mistake.

          I am Donepudi kumar.i have subscribed to Reliance shares in 1996.I am not much aware of shares.In 2012 I had share certificate for 144 shares.On an advice from a friend I got them demated in Motilal Oswal broking co. Of late I came to know that company issues bonus shares severy times.How should I regain them

Today i received call from reliance [protected] saying that today anniversary of reliance is being celebrated an you have been chosen for free gift kindly come to our rajahmundry office to receive the gift with your spouse. We reached there but reliance ppl are telling 1 hour presentation will be given to you regarding promotion of reliance group.
                  And you can not leave before 1 hour. Then i told nothing was told to me one phone regarding this.
                  Then i called on the no from which call is received but no response
                  They are fooling ppl for cheap publicity.
                  Kindly do the needful so that they cannot do such cheap activity in future

                    I have purchased a mobile phone from reliance retail limited, mani square mall kolkata - 700054. I have been told to sumit signed copy of i-d card as a government policy on purchase above rs 7000. I did it.
                    Later i know there is no such government policy. So why did you demanded signed copy of i-d card? It seem bad practice or hidden agenda or bad employee or misinformation.

                      When i contacted customer care today 17 th the replay was your pre-booked jio rs 1500 smart phone is not ready

                      Now the situation is that pre booked jio rs 1500 smart phone is not available and the amount payed for booking will not be refunded as well

                            Hello sir, last i got full paisa vasool book in nellore reliance retail store for september 1st to september 30th. I went to nellore from 14th september to 30th september daily maximum 75% items are not their but today i had found some items in stores but i did not get the full paisa vasool offer. Why reliance is cheating consumer by selling coupons and not available of stock and not valid for stock. I am share holder of the reliance industries also. It is shame to the reliance please rectify this type of false offers. It is very bad to reliance industries.in future don't play this type of false offers.

                              I have been a regular customer of reliance retail store at sector 13 dwarka new delhi.
                              On the basis of trust we become customers of reliance stores.
                              However i found that a surf excel matic liquid detergent showing the net content of 1.02 ltr was found almost 1/3 empty and on weighing it turned out to be just 800 gms that is roughly 800 ml.
                              I have been trying to contact reliance customer care but has failed to do so in spite of my efforts.

                              Can this be resolved and loss to customers be prevented.
