Reliance Industries — PF settlement Not done and No response to mail and call

Hi Sir,

I have requested for my dues from reliance. I was working with Reliance retail with Living format (furniture) at Bangalore from 2018 I am doing followup none of them are responding

This was the 1 st mail I Sent,

This is Nagabhushan Raj Urs D.V I was working previously at Reliance Living Format as store manager Emp ID[protected] & I have resigned and received my F&F dues on 20/09/2011

But I have not applied for PF as I was not in station from theses many years now I wanted to apply for my PF Kindly provide me the guidance and procedure or can apply online for the same

Kindly provide me my PF number also
