Reliance Infrastructure Khed Shivapur Pune — Illegal toll collection

As per Govt. notification, toll for PMC and PCMC vehicle is banned on Khed-shivapur toll plaza is banned. I was travelled through Khed-Shivapur toll plaza on 24th July 2021 and Rs 150 deducted from my FastTag account. My vehicle number is MH12RY0457. Plz refund my hard-earned money
