Hi, I Pradeep Kamble from Pune, On 14th and 15th August 21 I was travelling through Khed Shivapur toll plaza and was charged ₹200/- for the Trip's, Please see attached amount deduction messages.
As per the Government order published in March 2020 Pune MH12 and PCMC MH 14 registered vehicles are exempted at this toll plaza however I have been charged twice for the same. Request you to please take necessary action and revert me the deducted amount of ₹200/-
Request you to please let us know how to prevent this thing happening in future.
