[Resolved]  Reliance Life Insurance — amount withdrawn from my account

I had not purchase reliance life insurance policy even though the amount of rs.5000/33 have been deduct from my account dt. 27/7/2017 at bhavnagar
Sbi br code no.1842 my a/c. No.[protected] please do early as possible
