My policy number 19347545, for which i have made the payment through phone pay on 15th sept'19, but reliance says they have not received the amount. My bank has confirmed the amount has been already released and received by merchant, regarding this i have been following up with the customer care since then. Also as requested by reliance i have already forwarded the bank statement still no update till date.
Now my bank is asking in written from reliance that they have not received the amount, then only the money will be refunded back to bank.
I am little worried about my money. Can someone try and help me out with this please.
