On the 13th of October I was paying for my father policy through my account through Gpay to the link sent by reliance on my father's mobile via SMS, In my first two attempts, it got deducted from the account but failed to show at the site of reliance as its very common scenario I thought I would get a refund after somedays. Didn't got it till 23rd but made payment again on 23rd Oct as per the advice of a Reliance employee so the policy doesn't collapse. It's now more than 2.5 months yet I have not got my refund back. I logged my complaint through various platforms like their office, customer care email, Customer care phone line. I had asked for new requirements daily but never addressed my straight forward issue. I have given them my bank statement, Gpay receipt.
