Reliance Money — lost my processing fee of 5500 in name of personal loan

I had seen a website of reliancefinancegroup of providing personal loan. And i had applied for it and after that i got a message in my registered mobhile number that my loan had approved and had to pay processing fee of 5500 rupees to the accnt number they have sent (Reliance finance mumbai branch accnt) i had lost my money. I had called to all the reliance customer care numbers and i can't get connected to it. They had cheated and i lost my money. I register this complaint to get my money back to my account.
