By paying bill on 21/08/2015 an amount of Rs.560/- against my MDN - [protected], I have informed to your customer care no:[protected] that
as I am going out of India for more than a year I would not continue the service any more. Again on coming to Australia, I informed your customer care to discontinue
the said service as I will not pay any bill hereafter. But to my surprise I have noticed that still you are sending bill to my mail address, which is unwanted and I think you are creating unnecessary pressure over me.
Request to take necessary action urgently to settle the issues.
