Hi team,
I have taken reliance broad band internet service on march-april 16 time frame. But because of very frequently internet issues i have decided to discontinuing the net services. For that i have sent mail from registered mail address multiple times, called in customer care but they always come up with
"sorry for inconvenience" message. As a result although i have requested fairly days before of my bill generated date but i have received new bill for this month as well. When i again mentioned them in mail that i am not going to pay bill as i have requested for discontinue of net service before bill generation date then come up with wrong information that i have said in telephonic confirmation that i want to continue. But i never said so. I am using postpaid connection and can prove that i only said to discontinue the service. I have all mail and their mail response proof as well.
Please guide me. I dont want to pay bill without using internet and also when i have submitted cancellation request before time. This is their negligence that they are not processing and forcing now to pay bill.
