Reliance Resq — AC not repaired

I bought an LG 1.5 ton a/c from Reliance Digital, Durgapur on 15/03/2014 And I have done the resq plan. But my a/c has got damaged and I have complained at service centre and customer care repeatedly but till now my AC has not been repaired. So to solve this problem you must take some measuring step.
