We purchased Air Conditioner in February and the installation was booked the next day. Team reliance visited our place to fix the new AC. I don't know they were in a hurry or what they fixed it soon and they left. After a week we experienced less cooling effect. We informed the customer care they assigned a person after two days and they didn't send their person they sent Samsung technician whereas the issue was in installation. That guy confirmed the issue is due to gas leakage and he asked to contact reliance as it was not installed properly. It took again 2 days for the reliance technician to come and he fixed it. After another week we got a complaint from our downstairs neighbors that the water is dropping into their premises from our AC. They didn't set the water drawing pipe into the outlet and they just left it unattended. We complain nearly five times and several calls but none has visited yet. We haven't used AC yet and we are sleeping in this hot climate without an AC. Was this information helpful? |
