I have complained for repair on 02.12.2024 vide service ID 1368857. Your service engineer visited and told that there is requirement of spare part replacement and he subsequently esclated to the concerned. But until 18.01.2025 the problem not solved. The warranty for the purified is valid until 26.01.2027. But now with continuous followup, so far the repair/replacement not done. Please expedite at the earliest.
