I Purchased A 2.0 TR Hitachi AC With A 5-Year Service Plan For My Business, But The Service Team Is Now Completely Disregarding The Plan Despite My Regular Follow-Ups And Complaints. I Have Been Calling Them Two Or Three Times Per Day Since 22/05/2024, But The ResQ Service Team Seems To Have Turned A Blind Eye To The Issue. Despite Registering My Complaint Multiple Times, There Has Been No Impact On The Situation.
