I logged complaint for a water purifier and it is not resolved yet after waiting for 1.75 months.
Date of complain registration: 14th april 2016
Problem: water over flow from purifier and causing lot of trouble.
I followed so many times with different engineer, using their customer support call/emails.
After several followup engineer visited few times, in last 6 weeks they replaced 4 parts and still same problem exists. From last 10 days, no engineer picking any phone.
Their services is really poor and certainly i m failed to understand why charging so much of amc and other stuff. Was this information helpful? |
