Reliance Resq — Lack of service from Reliance resQ

I have given my laptop for repair work under Reliance resQ plan No: [protected] at Surat service center, My laptop specifications : Company : HP, Model No. : 15-r 008 TX . It has been 15 days I tried to call service center but I got very bad response from customer executive, and I have no information regarding Duration of repair work of my laptop . It was not expected from Reliance .
Its humiliating the way I got response from service center . Please look into matter and Inform me When I will get my Laptop back .
