I raised a request for screen damage for my samsung mobile that had insurance on display damage. The request was raised on December 2020. After 8 months and they never fixed the damage. They picked up the device after 1 month of request date and then asked for additional amount to fix the cover. No damage to the cover was there when I sent it to them. When I asked for proof for additional payment they sent back the device without repairing. These people are frauds. Was this information helpful? |
