Reliance Retail — bad behaviour

I, Lalit Goel, aged 62 years visited your retail shop on Rani Jhansi Marg, New delhi, the Cash Counter attendant by the name Rajat, misbehaved with me . He does not know how to talk and respond to the elders by retorting in a very bad taste . I will have to think twice before visiting any Reliance Retail in future...
