I bought this Air conditioner ( Kelvinator -KELV LSJ55) on 31st May, 2015 and i was told that the delivery would happen the next day. The delivery happened on time but when the installer guy came to install the AC, he found that there is no copper wire in the outer AC and then i lodged a complaint regarding the same. I was asked to wait for the resolution for 2 hours so that they can mark a mail, and then they told me that i have to wait till evening. By that time, the installer went ahead as he had other commitments. When i waited for a response till 8pm, i didnt get and then i called back the customer service, they informed that i have to wait till today, i.e. 3rd Jun to get it done. I was totally exhausted but thought to wait for one more day. I took leave specially for this thing to happen but untill 4.30pm, i didnt hear from anyone. I called back customer care and they said they cannot promise at this point in time that at what time its going to happen. I kept on calling numerous time to the Vasant Kunj reliance centre( Ambience Mall ) and the guy who picked up the phone said the installer is on its way. I again waited and then when i called the installer, he said he is not aware and he cannot come and that can happen later. I already missed my one day salary and for you guys, i had been penalised and i was given wrong commitments. Now i want my AC to be returned and do not want any further service from you guys.
