[Resolved]  Reliance Retail — Hindustan Lever- RO purchased

Dear Reliance tram I purchased a RO from your retail shop at Bhiwadi Distt Alwar on Diwali 2013 since that Ro is not running in good condition you may understand my concern while see the mail which was send to Hindustan Lever. Deal Hindustan Lever/Reliance I am very regret to write a mail regarding to your Service & product purchased from your Company as well as from Reliance Retail. I know that Hindutan Lever is a reputed organization and Manufacture & provide a good support for the Products. But unfortunately I forget that Hindustan Lever is leading in Cosmetics Item means for Ladies Products.This is not a competent in products which require advance technology. Management of Hindustan lever, you Must know that you are not the Employee of the Government of India, you are employee of a reputed organization you could not remain stable until you do not provide the good services & good products, you don’t forget that you have not a monopoly in this product so many competitors are available in the open market so you cannot stay in the market long. You must also Know that you can’t side away after selling your manufactured defect products and you must know that Government of India have enacted many law against the defected products & services. Management of Hindustan Lever, You must sham while seeing the so may complains which were registered in your Costumer care, even you Customer care did not provided the Services as they committed, your mechanic was used to come after four to five days, I hardly used your products not more than three month from the date of purchased. Can you please let me know what you have taken the action against Hindustan Lever? How long you will sale the defected material to Customer with the Manufacture which do supply the defected material, do you take the extra margin on this products with use of name of reputed organization. Can you please let me know your roll on this product or you will be also run away from your responsibility after selling the defected products. How long a Customer will wait for your proper response? I again request you please change this RO and give another one in good condition. I shall be very obliged to you having the good relation of Customer & Supplier.
