Dear Sir/Madam I am a regular client of your shop in Indira Nagar. Most of my payments are done by my SBI debit card. I had couple of occasions where payment was taken twice, from my debit card. This can be either due to the incompetent staff who does not know to handle the machine or the machine was erroneous. Still 1 case is outstanding where a payment of Rs.220.07 was done on 17 August 2015 and complained to the branch manager with copy of the statement. No action is taken yet.     Hi, I am DK Singh a regular customer of Reliance for last 5 years and make average monthly purchases of Rs.5000 approx. I had purchase some house hold items from your shop on 30th Oct 15 and requested to redeem points through reliance one card. I got only Rs. 22 redeemed after repeated try by your shop girl. A receipt of balance amount Rs 607.45 given to me. When i again purchased some items from your another store of Rs. 4371.63 and given card to redeem balance points, he told me that you have only 46 points remain in your card and rest amount has already been redeemed earlier. I don't know how this happened? I again visited your retail shop in Lewis road to check the balance and he told the same. Then i felt that i have been cheated by your store staff and now not ready to take any blame on him or, answering me to satisfy. I spoke to customer care and she suggested to furnish your bill details and receipt for necessary action. My reliance one card no is -[protected]. I shall be grateful for your instant response. The payment was done through SBI card but it was informed that the payment is not succeeded. Later the payment was made through PNB card and was successful.             Never buy from Reliance trend. Reasons are 1. Cheap quality clothes 2. You will definitely loose the color 3. The cloth will shrink like 1-2 inch Over and above when you wash and realize that garment is of no use you will find that Reliance will never entertain you for that even you have the bill. Coz the terms are mentioned that no return after wash. Never ever buy from Reliance.

              I had purchased a crystal electric gas lighter from Reliance Fresh Limited, Jaipur.It wasn't working the very first day. When the lighter was taken to the store for return, the store managers disagreed to be its sellers and were extremely ill-behaved. The behaviour meted out to me was highly unacceptable and intolerable. Being a regular Reliance customer, this was unexpected from a brand like Reliance.I showed them the bill and bar code of the item, but they weren't ready to agree that the item is theirs even when the item's bar code number is identical to the bar code number mentioned in the bill that I received from the store. Please note the bar code no. of the item[protected] The person who was dealing with me was Yetendra Shekhawat.

                I am a regular customer of Reliance Fresh at No.11 &12, Srinivasanagar, Banshashankar 2nd Phase, Bangalore-560050, holding Reliance One reward card bearing No.[protected]. On Wednesday, 12th Aug. 2015, at 18.29 hrs, I purchased one pack of 500 gms of cooking Butter of Nandini. The cash memo No.C9395 amounting Rs.177/-. While all the showcases placing these items state "2% OFF EVERYTHING BELOW MRP" as advertised ( I hold the photo of the same), the billing was for MRP. I asked the person billing it, but no proper explanation was given. Not to create a scene, I just left the store with dissatisfaction. It was not because of few rupees but not adhering to what they state without practicing. Moreover no explanation was extended to convince the customer. I hold the pack cover stating the MRP as Rs.177 as also the photo of the store rack states all over the showcase 2% off. Will they verify and respond?

                  This is to inform that, we have purchased new HP laser jet 400M 401DN printer on dtd:-22.05.2015. now today we have received the message from the system that your cartridge will be end as soon. but i would like to inform that we have taken approx 500 to 600 print from this cartridge and system show 1900 print that totally wrong. as per your cartridge specification minimum 2700 print taking from this. so kindly replace your faulty cartridge and provide new one against it.

                    I bought Beats Studio Red Headphones from Reliance Retail Ltd. outlet in Infinity Mall, Malad West. Mumbai - 400064. I bought these headphones in February 2015 for INR 18, 000/-(INR 17, 999/- to be precise). In a month's time however; the colour of the headphones started peeling off. I approached Reliance Retail outlet however; they refused to accept any liability and asked us to approach apple service center. On approaching apple global customer care; I was told that they don't recognize Reliance Retail as their authorized reseller. I have logged complaint on reliance retail website on 11.06.2015 however; there is no response from their side. It is really disappointing that company like reliance retail is selling inferior quality products and is not accepting any responsibility to rectify their fault.                     From this post I understood M/s. Reliance simply damaging brand name of Beats by selling such products in India, i am not surprised because they are already ill famous for such things. Croma is much better.

                    Reliance digital has pathetic record. They often sell fake products. pl check with beats. Reliance must have sold you fake chinese product and have charged you premium for the brand name.

                    It has been close to 02 weeks now but Reliance people have simply failed to even respond. I have not receive a single call from reliance customer care!!! is this how they handle customers?
                    It is more than 03 weeks now but Reliance Digital has not bothered to call and resolve the complaint. It shows clearly that Reliance Digital has accepted the inferior quality products that they are selling and cheating people. Shame Shame Shame Reliance.

                      Hello Sir, I bought a new Samsung core prime on 2nd May 2015 from Reliance Mart at Aundh, PUNE. The phone is under warrantee and I had a problem from the start as the sound quality is very bad. No matter which number you try whether you are stationary at one place or travelling, you cannot hear clearly. I thought I need to change my sim card to a 3G properly instead on the one i was using to which was a 2G sim. But when I switched the sim to Samsung Core - my SECOND phone (where even the cutted 2G sim card properly worked, i did not face any problem. But even after changing the sim card the problem still persists. I am totally devastated. I don't want to go to any Samsung dealer for servicing as this phone is relatively new and less used and the problem is from the start. Hence i am convinced that this is a manufacturing defect.                         Reliance super pala Kerala displays false offer bord near items which on purchase no offer in Bill. 3 times I caught them for same. First time they refunded me as item valued for the amount. Second time they withdrawed the bord and cheated me as I havnt took photo of it and waited in cash counter. 3rd time offer bord for plain chees placed in front of classic cheese, there was no classic cheese in the store. No one will notice is the offer is for plain or classic if bord is placed in front of a specific item. I am a doctor and regular customer. And get cheated once in 2 months. This time photo attached.

                        Plain cheese was not in store but they put offer for it and displayed in front of classic cheese of same company. Continues this type fraud daily. They are not availing complaint book and make the costumer stand and wait more than half hour so he will get discouraged and go without complaining.

                          Dear Sirs, Yesterday (15 July, 2015), at about 11.30 AM, I visited the Reliance Retail Limited, situated at Kharvel Nagar, Bhubaneswar to make some purchases, After keeping my baggage at the counter and receiving token no. 3, I went inside the store to purchase some items as per the requirement list provided by my family. While selecting items inside the reliance retail shop, I received an urgent message that I was required to be present at the S.B.I Main Branch, Bhubaneswar for some very urgent discussions at various sections of the Branch. So, I had to defer my purchases and rushed to my destination to reach there in time. I had to leave my baggage at the counter as I had to come again for the purchase I required to do. After finishing my commitments there, I came to Reliance Retail baggage counter again to keep something in the baggage already lying at the counter and make the purchases before boarding the train to Puri. Yesterday was a fate-less day for me. Immediately, at the sight of me, the receptionist at the counter became red-faced and shouted at me in abusive postures and languages and began accusing me leaving me spell-bound. She said that I was in the habit of putting my baggage at the counter for a few times more in the past and returning after hours, whereas, in fact, I don't remember anything such to have happened in the past.She tried to offend me with her repeated utterances. She was ably supported by three reliance staff-members who pounced upon me as if an unforgivable crime was committed by me. The three staff members who joined the chorus include two guards on-duty and one employee other than the lady who was at the counter. The receptionist said that it was the last time that she was keeping my baggage and hereafter I would not be allowed to keep my baggage at the counter. She added that I was the most unwelcome customer and I would not be allowed to make purchases as I would not be allowed with my baggage. The short-statured employee who came to support the lady went one step further and said that the company will not return my baggage for the mistake I had committed. But when I said that as I was at their mercy, they could do as they like, he returned me the bag with the condition that I should not be seen at the store again. All said and done, I requested them to allow me to keep the baggage for some more time as I had to make some purchases from the store and I had no time to purchase those articles from elsewhere as my train was about to come within half-an-hour. To my great satisfaction, I was allowed to keep my baggage for some more time. After purchasing at about 14.25 PM, I came back to find another employee at the counter who handed me over my baggage at the exchange of token No. 3. As far as I am concerned, I am a State Bank Executive positioned in Chief Manager and managerial positions for about three decades in my career and received many rewards and accolades. I am also a senior citizen. a reliance card holder no. [protected] along with my son card no.[protected] since its inception and both cards are valid for lifetime. I am also suffering from severe diabetes and hypertension and under regular medication of Apollo Hospital, Chennai I was taught in my profession that customer is the king and he is supreme. A customer is always right. But I find that for your employees, the reverse is true. A customer is an interruption for them. He is an unwelcome visitor like me. I think that such behaviour of the staff-members don't come to the notice of the Reliance Management. Actually, it does a world of damage to the reputation of the enterprise.But, certainly, I am not going to regain my reputation.                                     Yesterday i had to be visit relaince fresh in thaltej ahmedabad. i had to be purchased some products during billing i have given him debit card he will scrach 1st ATM machine and i have to enter my pin afterwords he told me server is down they already deduct. then he will take another ATM machine again he will do same procedure afterwords i asked him for deduction of money he will not response properly

                                      My name is PR PUSHPANGADAN and residing at D-14, Shantisadan Apt., Near Bhavin School, Thaltej, Ahmedabad 380059. I am holding customer card No.[protected] sincethe opening of your Store near Subhash Chowk, Gurukul, Ahmedabad. Now the card is obsolete and its black strip went out. I took another card No.[protected]. I have requested for transfer of the loyalty points lying in the credit of old card to the new card but it has not been done so far. I tried your Customer Service Contact No. but unable to get through. Since the old card is not fully operational, I am unable to redeem the accrued points.                                         I bought a 400g Curd from your Reliance Retail outlet in Salunkhe Vihar Pune today 17/6/2015 Kindly check this batch C15164 of your Diary Life and the same was stale and was a curdled milk and NOT CURD. Has Reliance started to cheat in Buy 1 And 1 Free A Request for refund and the mental agony afte having a spoon and stomach upset with a suitable compensation
