मैने एक lyf smart phone खरीदा इसके साथ एक jio 4g sim और 90 दिन तक unlimited data offer मे देने का वादा किया. Lyf के तरफ से एक मेल आया। मेल मे offer code को reliance store मे बताना था और मैने ऐसा ही किया लेकिन वे इनकार कर गये। मैंने customer care से बात भी किया वे भी इससे इनकार कर गये। lyf के सभी प्रमोटर शहर के सभी दुकानों पर यही झूठा प्रचार करके अपना समान बेच रहे है। मै ठगा सा महसूस कर रहा हूँ । अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि आप इन पर उचित कारवाई करे

    Yesterday i purchased lg 308 ltr refrigerator from reliance retail ltd crown interiorz mall.
    For delivery i was waiting for whole day but it could not be delivered.
    Ince morning i am doing followup on the provided customer care number [protected].Intrected with number of person someone named agam and deepali.

    My questions are.

    Why products not delivered on same day.
    In case it could not be delivered same day why you are communicating the wrong timing as in my case it was communicated that product will be delivered in first half.
    Why not you people ask the convinient timing of product delivery.

    Due to your bad process i suffered for one day.

    Request you to please connect me to some senior person.

        I have purchased a sony 40w700c television on 8th april 2016 from reliance digital store in secundrabad (Door no :9-1-165, 166 &166 amsri faust, s. D road, beside hotel basera, secundrabad-500003)
        After the television was installed the hdmi ports were not working so i registered the complaint in sony customer care (No[protected] on 18th april 2016, as i was not in town the complaint got cancelled. But in few days a technician from reliance came in and after inspecting the television he said the hdmi ports are not working and he make a note of the complaint in his books and asked me to register another complaint to ensure a technician from sony should visit. I registered another complaint on 25th april 2016 (No.[protected]. The technician came and he resolved it saying the hdmi wire was loose. But after the technician left the problem in the hdmi ports started again, then i registered another complaint[protected]. The technician visited my home and he said there is a problem in hdmi port and he need to unscrew my tv and get it corrected which i refused as i have bought a new television which was not 1 month old and there was a problem from the very first day of installation. Now sony and reliance digital both have refused to replace the television.

          I purched one wipe sponge of reliance brand on 1st may 2016 time 8.53.35. On this pack 96 is mrp but store charged me 99. I told two time to the executive but the result is same. She reply that this rate is on our software so it will charge same. Store should not cell this kind of item if any problem in mrp.
          After that they making us foolish to show that how much you save, this also print on bill.

          This is cheat with customers. Store is liable for fine.

              This complaint is in reference with the Reliance Wi-Pod dongle numbered [protected].

              I did not see such a Pathetic customer service in any other organisation or company. I bought the dongle just two weeks back and from the day it got activated i am facing issues on the connectivity when i am calling the customer service they are least bothered about the customer's problem and just giving us wrong information i finally decided to deactivate the connection and called the customer care to ask the procedure and the way the executive spoke with was pathetic he was not at all trying to give any solution for the customer who is in need of the help.

              It seems the customer care executives are not all trained properly first of all they even dont know how to speak the basic requirement in any language.

              Also i have been continuously calling up the call center regarding the issue of the postpaid sim card which i am using ([protected]) as i am not getting proper network and not even able to make a single call they took the complaint regarding the same and provided me the number[protected] i never got a call about this complaint and after three days they just closed the complaint without providing any resolution when i called the nodal office to complain about this they are telling to call the call center.

              Is this the way how a company will provide a solution to a customer.

                  My husband work in retail market as a DM of kirana dept. His senior person always misbehaving with my husband. And without providing the re boys how can the work will be complete? Even he is not give the time for his house member . I think so whatever going with him is like intensionally. So now a days he is in tension. Even six year experience in retail after he get low salary. And other employee who is not work proper thay get more package. So kindly want to inform that do something for that employee who really work with u with hard work.

                          Dear sir/madam,

                          I share a pathetic experience we had at Reliance Market, Anand (Gujarat).

                          My wife & I purchased a few items worth Rs 2751.00 and gave our ICICI debit card to swipe for payment. The person operating the cash counter told of a server problem and we paid the money in cash. I confirmed with the counter official and his superior that debit caed transaction did not take place to which they agreed. Bill number[protected] of date.

                          As we reached home, ICICI bank sent sms telling me Rs 2751 has been debited for this cash and carry market. I went to the Reliance market and met one Shri Arif. This Arif told me sms from icici bank could be wrong. And that I, a 65 year old customer, was wrong about double payment as icici bank server had a problem and money was actually not debited. He forced me to go to icici bank. There we found that their server was working normally. Also, payment of Rs 2751 had in fact been bebited from my acct.

                          Again I went to Reliance and met this Arif. He is adamant that money is not debited from my acct. I made his assistant talk to icici bank which confirmed payment debit from my card.

                          Now this Arif says money will be reverted in my acct in 48 hrs as icici has made a mistake. He is not ready to give his statement in wtiting as desired by me and requested by icici bank official.

                          Double payment made, yet your officer Shri Arif blames me, icici server, the bank etc. He lied about server of icici, debited money from icici acct and treated me as a illiterate person. He does not tell me why he uses debit/crecit card payment mode if your system is faulty.

                          I request you to please investigate this matter immediately and reply to me on each point above by 23rd January evening.

                          This matter will be escalated to facebook, consumer forum etc as fraud in Mukesh Ambani's reliance if my double payment is not corrected by 23rd.

                            Hello I want to inform to the concerned authority about no cash maintenance in moti kavdi, sikka and gagva ATM s and very poor atm service Today is Sunday I had a tough experience just to withdraw my money I had to tough time traveling by foot from Sikka to moti kavdi and then managing to get a bus to Jamnagar to withdraw little amount during emergency. .. There are about 6 ATM's around motikavdi Sikka and gagva and none had cash or some machine's were not even responding or switched off .. Bank of Baroda ATM had 25 people in line to withdraw cash standing under scorching sun ... Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible ... Jai shree ram...

                              On about 9th Nov, I purchased a reliance sim card from a retailer, his address being : Shree Padmavati Collection, Cell Phone Store, shop no.2, 'c' wing, radhey co. op. society ltd, karnik road, Santoshi Mata Rd, Chikan Ghar, Kalyan, 421301, Phone:[protected]. The sim card phone no. is [protected].The prime purpose of the purchase of the sim card was for data recharge. I was assured by the retailer that the sim card will be activated in couple of days and I will receive call for activation, which I did. The network bar of reliance use to be full. On switching the data 'on', the white data arrows and the 'H+" sign use to also appear. But when the google search was run, the display use to indicate that 'no there is no internet connection'. Puzzled about the scenario, the issue was put forth to the retailer twice, every time the retailer suggested to visit the Gallery. I visited the Reliance Gallery at Court House, Ground Floor, L.T Marg, Dhobi Talao, Marine Lines East, Kalbadevi, Mumbai, wherein I was told to change the sim card by paying Rs.25/- and I was given a form. I did as instructed and happened to send a colleague of mine to submit the form and the required document with Rs.25/-. Now, the representatives in the gallery asked him to pay Rs.100/-. The form of Reliance was signed with a declaration for Rs.25/- only. The representatives did not give a justified reason to demand Rs.100/-. This action of the representatives is however illegal. Now, a simple task of buying a sim card for worth Rs.300/- to start data, was made so tedious by the reliance retailer and the reliance representatives The retailers kept misleading the customer and the reliance representatives have again mislead the customer and wrongfully charged Rs.100/-. The mentioned people cannot wrongfully mislead and carry an careless attitude wherein I am paying rightfully the service charges. but was betrayed with their act. I want a serious investigation into the matter and a strict action against both, the reliance retailer and the reliance gallery representatives. Such highhandedness towards a customer is not acceptable. V. Parchake [protected]

                                I am a resident of jaipur where i have a reliance retail store near my place. Being a supermarket it has all the items available at any time. But its worst thing is that it has all the defected or refurbished or unvaluable items. I dont know from where they get there stock from. But there stock is always of the worst quality. Yesterday only i bought a VIM Gel bottle liquid to clean utensils. And that liquid is so less dense and is thin like water. Rather originally the liquid is of sufficient viscosity that it doesnt behave like as thin as water. Please look into the stock of the reliance store, i think some wrong practices are going on to gain large profits at lower investments.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam I am a regular client of your shop in Indira Nagar. Most of my payments are done by my SBI debit card. I had couple of occasions where payment was taken twice, from my debit card. This can be either due to the incompetent staff who does not know to handle the machine or the machine was erroneous. Still 1 case is outstanding where a payment of Rs.220.07 was done on 17 August 2015 and complained to the branch manager with copy of the statement. No action is taken yet.
