[Resolved] Reliance Retail Ltd. — wrong information

In newspapers dt. 22-2-14, your ad for offers shows that offers are valid from 22-2-14 to 25-2-14. I visited the store at hasanpur village Patparganj, new delhi-92 on 24-2-14. I purchased goods woths rs.426.99 from the store as I am a regular customer with Reliance Card no.[protected]. Your ad shows "Amul Butter 500 gm price as Rs.162/- (MRP Rs. 172/-) valid from 22-2-14 to 25-2-14. But at the store the billing staff refuge for discount saying that offer was valid only from 22-2-14 to 23-2-14. Hence I had to left the said butter which was earlier entered in the bill & then it was cancelled.You are requested to look that whether your ad is fictitious or your staff willing refuse for offer. Reliance Retail Ltd. — PF Amount status

Dear Sir,

I have submitted my PF withdrawal forms to my previous company Reliance Retails Ltd., New Delhi & they have sent it to EPF, Bandra office. It is almost twof months over, but still the amount is not credited into my account. My PF A/c No.:MH/BA/48701/2792. Pls find attached screen of my claim status for your kind ref.

Request you to kindly do the needul immediately.

Reliance Retail Ltd. — PF amount pending

It is almost 2f months over, but still the amount is not credited into my account. My PF A/c No.:MH/BA/48701/2792. Pls find attached screen shot of my claim status.
