[Resolved]  Reliance Retail/ Reliance Smart / Reliance Fresh — fraudulent refund issue

The order id is [protected] and the groceries were delivered on 21 june 2019 during morning time. A refund of rs 519.03 is mentioned in the hard copy of the bill which was handed to me after the delivery as mangoes were not delivered. I enquired with the csr and they told me that a refund of rs 56 has been processed as u have rec'd the mangoes in that delivery. However, i have not rec'd the mangoes as the hard copy of the original bill does not mention the item i registered a complaint with reliance smart or reliance retail ltd as i haven't rec'd the mangoes and the refund of only rs 56 has been rec'd by me excluding the refund of rs 463 which is remaining. It seems that the concerned person who prepares the bill has edited the bill after the delivery in which he has shown that the mangoes have been delivered which is showing in the reliance system. I called the reliance csr and they are passing the buck around to other employees and giving fake assurances. Hence, i am registering this complaint against reliance retail ltd or reliance smart as the genuine refund amt is not credited other issues are charging more than the mrp
Fyi : ms neeta from reliance csr is requesting me to provide my bank statement on calls as their finance team is asking for it so that they can process the remaining refund. My question is doesnt the finance team possess transactions records in their system? They can check it in their system that only rs 56 has been processed as refund and the reamianing rs 463 are pending. This issue is due to the manipulation done by the person in charge of bills after the delivery was completed.
I understand that bank statements are confidential which should not be given on verbal request.
If reliance retail ltd / reliance fresh/ reliance smart requires my bank statement, then send me an email on my regd email i'd.
I do not trust the verbal talks and promises made by reliance csr's particularly mr. Stalone, mr, ajay and ms. Neeta.

Don't manipulate bills as it was done in my case. Do not r equest bank statement from customer to check whether refund is processed or not. Check ur own records. Don't charge more than the MRP. DO NOT PASS THE CASE TO OTHER CSRS AS WAS DONE IN MY CASE AND RESOLVE AT THE EARLIEST. DO NOT WAIT FOR THE CUSTOMER TO REGISTER A GRIEVANCE.

Grievance No 1427339 regd with NCH/ JAGO GRAHAK JAGO. However, Reliance team doesn't have the courtesy to reply via emails or tweets except fake verbal talks and promises by their CSR's

Mr. Asif( CSR )has called & requested me for my bank statement to check whether I have rec'd the refund. I told him that Can't u check ur records to see whether refund of RS 463 is processed or not. He has the audacity to ask the bank statement from me instead of checking his own records.
Reliance CSR' S communicate via calls only, they have not replied to my emails, tweets or the grievance on NCH. Request to Reliance Retail LTD/ RELIANCE SMART/ RELIANCE FRESH to send an email or written communication for the above matter as don't trust the verbal talks or promises made by ur car's
