Respected sir Please help to all reliance cusomers.because they are only managed problem not give a solution.i have browsing in UC brower in my android via Application.i dont know suddenly reduce my main account 28 Rs.so i call to 198 first they connect to gprs department and inform to we dont know about the services, so i asked to deactivated and refund my amount but they said we had only deacitvate permission only not refund to call general dept and u make call *333 after i called to *333 try to general dept but they not connetced disconnected automatically.again called [protected].they pickup and inform to me.not possible to refund and i explained to service executive i was not activated automatically pack activate so please help me.but they r putting hold 10 minutes.so i have remaining 17 rs also taken.so i irritataing of reliance customer service.and they said try to 198 but that service not connected.they r cheating the customer money.so please help me refund my amount no is [protected] Andhra pradesh
