I had done a purchase with reliance trends and did a payment thru gpay unfortunately my account got debited and received a success message but however reliance trends team is not accepting the payment receipt, when i checked the canara bank they confirmed the funds transferred successfully to reliance. They are still checking since 20/02/20 and not able to confirm whether they received the payment or not. I have given all the required txn details and screenshots not sure what they are checking. My amount 4849.53 is lying in reliance trends account and not willing to refund it. Kindly look into it on priority
