I would like to brief the bitter experience i had at your manipal store today. After billing i tendered my debut card. I received the message from my bank about the debit. However the billing person told me to again swipe the card since they have not received credit advise
I requested them to cancel the purchase but your staff told bluntly to my surprise it is not possible at all.
I fail to understand the logic for not being able to cancel the bill.
I was forced to pay by cash. At this point also your staff did not accept notes i tended which i withdrew from atm saying they are mutilated notes.
Finally i had to tender other notes
When your staff offered coupons i just refused them, having received poor service.
I expect you will look into the matter
