I have been shopping from different reliance trends shops over the last couple of years. I have purchased items around ₹80000 over the last year, and I was one among the loyal customer ever since until last day where I was a victim of your unethical customer interaction policies from reliance trends Erattupetta.
I was there at the shop by around 7:30pm. Owing to the busy schedule I was unable to try one shirt even though I have picked the shirt along with other materials worth of around ₹5327. But unfortunately the selected size for a shirt was too big because it was made with different kind of material rather than cotton. And after that on the very next morning I reached at the shop for an exchange but my request was rejected and the manager told that it was due to their policies. I found this attitude and approach to the customer is too arrogant. As a paying customer I am eligible for a return with in 30 days of purchase if the tag is intact and for undamaged product's which I have. Even the small online shops are having more user friendly return policies. And I never expect this to happen from a market leader.
I wrote this issue not to reclaim my money or time, but to convey two ideas to the authority. First one is I have decided not to continue shopping with reliance trends any more and I will convey my experience to my dear and nears and make sure that they won't step in to a reliance store ever again. Moreover just want to inform you that you guys are having the worst staff and insane customer policies.
