Behaviour of staff with the customers is not at all good very arrogant and not at all responsible to the customers. Billing counter staff is too hectic and doesn’t respect the customers. No seating arrangement in the trail room. Managers are very rude to the customers. No proper arrangement of clothes. No varities available. What the hell with the store i knew it is big store but not at all responsible to the customers.

Hi,
Yesterday i bought chudi top from your Chennai-Chrompet trends showroom. Once we reach home and checked that the cloth was damaged. Your staff from that showroom didn't check while we proceed for billing. Can you please help us to exchange or return the specific product.
