Reliance Trends Behaviour — Staff behavior

I am complaining from the gadag outlet. I had ordered from ajio and wanted it to return the items. I tried doing it online but the app did not work. Later i visited the store (Located in mulgund naka) where the did not staff respond. I was moved by three staff to visit mr. Ashok who is responsible to handle ajio section. He tried something which i did sitting back at home. Further he gave me a number which did not work either. The women who picked that call asked many questions and later did not help. And finally mr,. Ashok went inside a room and never returned back while making me wait over 10 min. I would have appreciated if he would have told that he did not know the procedure and would have asked someone else to assist, but walking out just like that is not acceptable. I m regular customer to that outlet, but this behaviour just made me change my mind. It's an utter disappointed. I would never visit the store again.
Ps: i tried contacting through app, dropped a mail at customer care but their as been no response.
