Dear team,
Reliance trends was always my favourite...
But today the contrary, I faced the worst ever experience and incompetent store manager at trends cmr central maddilapalem visakhapatnam branch.
To quote let me jest out the points...
1.in December month I made a shopping for rs 5900/- appx but as there were trail issues I wanted a exchange got the exchange coupon for rs 3107/- mentioning validity till 1year.
2. Today when enquired the customer service at the store said the validity is for 1month inspite it is written on the slip as 22.12.2021.
3.after shopping for a 30min and waiting in que for 45mins the billing was not processed.
When asked the billing counter person informed that OTP will be sent to registered number. As my my mobile was switched off could not get the OTP.
Here my query arises..
What if my mobile number is lost
What if there is no signal in the store (as always there is no signal in the store)
The store manager was not in any position to help us.
We had wasted 2 hour of our time without any solution.
Store manager says it is a point for checking frauds at the stake of losing customer instead of giving alternative.
Kindly provide me a resolution do I need to waste another 3hours for the resolution or is there anything the management can do.
