I would like to share that I shopped with Trends for the very 1st time. I am sorry to say that the services and the attitude of the employees are not upto the mark and not expected as well.
I purchased Six articles from the Trends store at Ambience Mall, Gurgaon on 23rd of this month. Out of Six, Two articles I bought to gift to my sister and sister in law. Due to the size issue, I need to get the articles exchanged. As I am a resident of Faridabad, I preferred to visit the Trends located in NIT-1 Faridabad as I already asked the same from the employee on duty at Ambience Mall that the article can be replaced from any Trends store in India.
But very shocking and surprising when I visited the Trends store on 28th Jan, in NIT-1 Faridabad, the officials on duty have refused to exchange the product as I was carrying the digital copy of the bill. They sent me back and asked me to get the hard copy of the same. In this digital world, we are talking about hard copy of the bill.
Wow... A company like reliance need hard copy... Very surprising that the reliance has not grown up... Shameful...
Still I managed the hard copy and visited the faridabad store again on 29th Jan. Again very shocking that the discount on the time had changed and the articles couldn't be replaced.
This is a kind of harassment the officials of the reliance Trends are doing with their customer. They don't value the customer and their time. This is against consumer law and strict action should be taken against the manager of store NIT -1, Faridabad.
How trends make the customer for life. Very frustrating and disappointing.
