Reliance Trends — Coupons validity dates

I am regular customer of Reliance trends, i have purchased items of near about 17000, against which I got coupon which are to be redeemed, stores are not informing by text about the extension of dates or change in date, last month samrala branch informed that the validity of coupons has been reduced to 21st september instead of 30th september, we thought those coupons are now useless and we destroyed them. Today i got to know from Pathankot dalhousie road branch that validity of those coupons was increased to 11th oct, 2020. no text message has been received in this regards to customer. due to this i have suffered a great loss.
