pls note my credite note issued on 28th oct 2019 and due to covid issue

all shops are closed and i m unble use credit note and i m quarnitine in home for 20 days and i m unable to use the card within period of 27th oct 2020 so pls activae my card

my card no is 5800 6094 7837 0610 expiry date is 27th oct, due covid affect all shops are closed and from 30th sep-29th oct im in quaratine in hospital, so today pls allow the shop in reliance trends with balance amount in card.
