Reliance Trends — Credit note received from reliance trends not being used

I purchased women wear of Rs.5195 with largest size of 2XL on 22nd July 2021, but those tops and shirt was not fitting me it was way tight to me. I asked trends manager give me 4XL size i'll buy the product but instead they said they don't have those products in 4XL size. So i asked them to refund my money and they said we cannot refund your money but can give you credit note of RS.5195 on my mobile number which will be valid till 1 year and you can redeem this money in any local reliance store such as reliance digital or reliance smart. I agreed to take credit note because i had option to redeem my money in other store, when i went to reliance smart and did shopping of 2000 there they said your credit note cannot be redeemed provide us card to swipe, there i had to pay 2000 for my shopping (cash of my own credit note didn't work). I then went to reliance digital to see if this credit note is working there or not then could find credit note is not working in reliance digital too. I have been fooled and cheated by reliance trends Ulwe branch 410206. After both the incident i went back to reliance trends ulwe branch and said both the scenarios to them they said we don't know Maam, why it is not working there you have to shop in trends only now to redeem your points. Why did they said me this money can be redeem anywhere in reliance store. I have been cheated on by them. When my size is not there in trends then what will i do of these credit notes which can only be redeem in trends. I want my money back. I paid thorough credit card, i want my money back. This is fraud done to me by reliance trends.
