Reliance Trends — did not allow to enter showroom

It was 9.24pm. 6th march 2018. We had come from a far place to buy shirts as my younger brother was going to attend farewell tomorrow.
But they denied to give us entry and showed rude behaviour.
Reliance trends rourkela, odisha showroom. When asked for manager they said manager is not available and some other sales guy came to talk to us.
If possible i am attaching the video as well which is in odia language.
