Reliance Trends — did not get refunds

How much time do you take to refund amount. Now its more than 20 days whrn i returned some items. Also your coustmer care service is terrible. I waited for more than 7 mins several times but in last it got disconnect automatically. I want you to take actions as soon as possible. I will never suggest reliance trends to anyone for shoping. Worst experince ever.
