Reliance Trends — did not receive my refund amount

I had returned my product 12 days back. But i did not get the refund. Very bad service. And delivery was also too late. No response from helplines. I have never seen such a bad online shopping services. And not giving any updates of my returned product. Quality of products was good but very bad online services, pls check and resolve my prblm soon!!

Dear sir/mam,
my order ID-TR[protected]AVAASA Wok wear orange kurtaa) which should be not deliver tll date.i have order this item 15 days ago but till not deliver also the payment is paid and the customer care number is ringing no one received call.
Please delivered my order or refund me.
