Reliance Trends — Double transaction done by reliance trends ghaziabad

To the reliance,

As we all know that reliance is a big brand. So pls don't drove that name with sily mistakes.

Pls note that i m regular customer of reliance retail and reliance trends.

I have done shopping of 3343 rs on date 31.07.2020 but the employee of a reliance has done double transaction and i have complained about the same in branch. But till now i have not received my access amount.
I have also provided my bank statement which shows the double transaction.
