Dear sir/madam,
I purchased for around rupees 9000 in reliance trends. I exchanged one leggings that was damaged in one of their branches (shanthi colony chennai). The billing person had taken my original bill and she made a new bill as I purchased more than my exchange price. When I asked that billing person how would I exchange any other product in near future if you take the original bill? She replied that I will get a soft copy of a bill and I can use it. When my sister wanted to exchange another product in OMR branch, they were refusing it to exchange at first saying that exchange is not applicable in their stores. I spoke to their manager and he was asking me the original bill which was taken by the other store person. He was not accepting what was told to me when I exchanged the first product. First of all, they said there is no exchange in that branch, then they asked the original bill. When I asked the customer service in shanthi colony branch, one person was telling one exchange only is valid for one bill, other person was telling you cannot claim exchange second time for the product you exchanged already. There were no proper information were given to the employees, each and every person is telling something different. There was no unanimous information being shared. It was confusing the customers as well. And the manager who spoke to me was very angry and he was not serviceable Was this information helpful? |
