I had purchased around 3900/- of cloths on 19.7.21 from your Reliance Trend, Sonepur store.

As per your POP, it was mentioned Buy merchandise worth 3499/- and get gift at 199/-. I had purchased considering the promo offer but when the billing done your team refused to give the gift item. When I reached to store manger he also refused saying stock is not available.

If you don't have stock why promoting such things. Why putting customers in confusion and informing after billing is done.

Expecting an immediate solution to this.
