Dear Sir, I am Sarju Patel, residing at Rajkot. I purchased chapal on 3rd April from Reliance Tredns andheri Mumbai stores. Within 20 days chapal's outer rexin is completely torn and distorted. I request to replace this or give me credit note so that I can buy another. In our city we donot have reliance trends but we do have reliance footprint. Please guide what to do.
