Lost of coupons while in transit for 2500rs, can you please provide me the new coupons based on the phone number [protected].. I checked in store they have noted the serial number when they provided the coupons but now they are saying... We cannot do anything, stolen person can also redeem the coupons.. Then what steps reliance trends are taking.. Can't you ppl stop those coupons and provide me new one.
I'm getting the messages from reliance trends to redeem the coupons.. What should i do.. If i'm unable to get the coupons then no use of purchasing any products from stores.

Dipti Dalal store manager spoke very rudely n with very low language with me on 19th Feb 2019 at 6.40 PM. She is worst in customer handling... I m customer since last 3 to 4 years but never had this type of experience... she used such words .. not able to even describe.
