Reliance Trends — Mis communication and worst customer service

I have to exchange track pant. As that size didn’t fit me well. I asked the sales person twice what is the procedure for it. But they didn’t replied properly. Then i got the track pant size changed and was in queue for 1hour then the billing person asked me for credit note of exchange. But the two sales person didnt explain to me or told me any such things prior. So again i have to stand in long queue for just exchange of the product. Must say it customer service was pathetic as no proper responce was given. Its wastage of time to do shopping at reliance trends.
